It's Fixin to Tornate!

One thing that I have always loved are thunderous, lightening filled, torrential rainstorms. I have been deprived of them for the last eight years and Texas has welcomed me back home with a good number of them. Some have been weaker than others but they are still nice. I haven't gotten close to a tornado yet, but that is probably a good thing. We got one tonight and so far it's just a little rain, wind and black clouds. (For those of you who haven't been in tornado alley, right before it hits it will get very "green" and very still. Creepy still...and then BAM! Your in tornado!) Anyway, there is nothing I love more than a rainy day. Here are some pics right at the beginning! Miss Samantha!

Yes, I am still alive!

I can't believe I have let my blog go for so long with not a word at all! I am sure you are all devastated! Since I have started school my life has become super busy. I leave my house at 9AM and return around 1030PM. So, I don't have time really do to much of anything. But I thought I would post a few pic so that you can see what I have been up to. Sort of. Anyway, I will try to do better...tata for now!
One last horahh with my some of my BFFs Annie, Autumn and Meg!

This lovely dress with given to me my Dr. Hurst as a farewell gift. I like to call if my compound dress, to match the ones in south Texas. Notice the book, is that to encourage me to get married?

Such cute cupcakes that my cousin made for me at a family party
This ugly little thing is named Pork Chop and is a feral hog. Our neighbor has pierced its ears and has trained it like a dog.
Sad Day! Packed up and ready to go!Poor little Grace looks worn out already!

Gracie Kate!
Poor Gracie Kate! We tried to stick her foot in plaster and it didn't work out so well...just made a mess..but she still was sleepin!
Samantha and I went to go see Cats last week in Dallas. It was the first time I've driven to Dallas on my own and it's so much easier than I thought, at least that route was. I have seen Cats now like 5 times and I still love it. Memory is probably the greatest song written! Sam didn't agree and liked Mr. Mistoffelies the best. And proved it by listening to that song ALL the way home from Dallas!
